Tab and iPad both have variants distinguishing on the basis of connectivity. wifi+3g, wifi.
Camera
Tablets are no place for a high end resolution camera. But the Tab makes its place here, with 3.15 MP camera it beats 0.7 MP camera of iPad.
The OS
Let this be the choice of the user of both android honeycomb and iOS4 to decide which is the best.
Java
Not in iPad but Tab supports Java MIDP emulator.
